Who are you without your story?
A meditation , an enquiry, a pathway to free your mind.
The Work does take work.
The Work is a (written/contemplative) meditation. It is a method of inquiry born directly out of Byron Katie's experience.
This practice allows you to access the wisdom that has always existed and still exists within you. It is for any situation or experience in life. This wisdom also brings freedom.
It is a practice, process, resource, meditation for anyone and it is available to you at all times.
This powerful process of The Work is one of the remedies included for Holistic Counselling.
Anyone can use this method at any time on their own. It is not a 'quick fix' or 'solution'. It is however a remedy that takes time to truly go within. There are guided enquiry questions and instructions to do The Work.
The Work aims for you to reclaim your freedom. On the other side of enquiry is where you will find it.
I myself have had personal breakthroughs with this method as it takes you on a contemplation journey of yourself and the situation you bring to it for enquiry.

Whilst this remedy is a free resource made available to the world by Byron Katie - it is often a beneficial experience to be led through the process and supported by a trained facilitator or practitioner. Being with another you are guided through the questions and held in a nurturing space as your answers reveal themselves.
If you seek truth, depth, wisdom, peace, freedom and more - The Work can offer you that. It leans in to ask you questions maybe you haven't been asked by another or yourself. It invites you to contemplate what you are willing to give up that you have been holding on to for perceived safety.
Are you ready to look underneath the story and see what is there?
What story, narrative, beliefs, thoughts, judgements have you been holding on to that are causing you stress, agitation, frustration, sadness, anger?
Your mind with all its wild thoughts
and tumbleweed cowboy beliefs left unquestioned,
is like the wild wild west and ungovernable.
Once your thoughts are enquired, tamed, respected, and teamed up with your Soul as the rider,
all is possible that once was impossible.
Anytime. Anywhere.
It can be used when you experience frustration, anger, suffering, sadness, annoyance at someone else - and even with yourself.
🤍 Whenever you have a judgement of another i.e. "they shouldn't have said that..."
🤍 Whenever you have an activated feeling toward another i.e. "I am angry with them because..."
🤍 Whenever you believe something that is not giving you peace i.e. ''why do they do that..."
🤍 Whenever you think something about another or yourself that keeps repeating in your mind.
🤍 And many more scenarios where you aren't feeling happy, joyous, content etc.
You can use The Work on your own, or with another.
