Over the years as I have deepened what health means to me, I transformed my lifestyle to align with my goals, desires and inner knowing to live naturally.Β

Over recent years I took strong interest to return to natural remedies and methods of living. I share with you below my personal non-negotiables for health and wellness in our ever increasing overload of processed food, synthetic textiles and material items and non native energies that surround us.
Many trusted resources have helped me deepen my knowledge and 'know how' to trust my body's innate intelligence and ability to remain healthy with minimal artificial intervention.Β Β Β

My Non-Negotiable Wellness: Β
π€Filtered water - the best at home filter you can afford, including shower filters.
π€Regular sleep routine in bed by 9.30pm, up near/after sunrise.
π€Magnesium - oral and topical, I have it in several rooms of the house.
π€Sunshine/Vitamin D no sunscreen, no sunglasses.
π€Trace Minerals such as iodine, MSM, zinc, selenium and more.
π€Tissue Salts according to your zodiac.
π€Natural diet with plenty of good pastured animal protein and animal fat.
π€Avoiding processed seed oil foods.
π€Avoiding wheat based foods unless fermented and organically grown.
π€Natural skin care routine - I make a lot of my own products.
π€Natural textiles for clothes, bed, bathroom, kitchen and more (linen, cotton, wool).
π€Natural house cleaning supplies including homemade soaps, cleaning vinegar, borax, bi-carb and more.
π€Blue light blocking lightbulbs/incandescent in the home for before sunrise/after sundown and candles at night.
π€Minimising artificial blue light where possible.
π€No phones or devices in the bedroom at night. Our phones go to bed in a Faraday bag each night in a separate part of the house.
π€Grounding - bare feet on the ground, grounding mat at my desk and in the bed.
