Sacred Energies
Who are you without your story?
The energy of your surroundings does impact the energy around us and within us.
Do you notice energies? It may not be conscious, it may depend on who you are with, where you are situated, the interaction you have with others.
We do all feel the energy but sometimes we dismiss the importance of the subtle life force energies we immerse within of our surroundings.
In the days after a counselling session I had for myself where I was the client, I went within - retreated, contemplated, felt my feelings of sadness, anger, frustration and grief I was experiencing to the situation I presented for the session.
For a few days, I indulged into a binge of listening and watching various podcasts and interviews. This is not a new activity for me to watch and listen to podcasts however the indulgence was the marathon of it. Days of it.
When I'm in a place of slight collapse and contemplation, I tend to retreat (self sooth) and in that space of retreating I learn more about something I am interested in. I suspect the gravitation towards this type of activity gives me a sense of going deeper, finding out new truths to balance out the un-truths I discovered about myself in my own counselling session as a client.
So binge I did.
What did I binge on and how is it relevant to becoming more aware of sacred energy? The podcasts/video's I watched and listened were from some of my preferred advocates of investigating deeper truths to our realm. There is always more to learn and the hundreds+ of hours I've already consumed over the last few years has only scratched the surface of what there is to discover and learn of.
It was on a morning of this particular weekend that my husband and I were going about our usual rounds to purchase our usual weekly groceries. In the car, my husband lovingly inquired if there was anything I wanted to do for the weekend - other than groceries. I think his intended question was meant to be 'did you want to do something to cheer you up; how can I make you happy?'. As is often common from me, this doesn't always invoke from me a typical conversational response.
However - his question was important because it sparked within me a 'speaking out loud' contemplation response. I responded to him that I was feeling a bit low and wondered if our actual home location, suburb, surroundings and more was actually not quite the right energy fit for me and my desire to move forward into my business and what I want to offer others. I've thought about this several times before and it came about again. It raised the contemplation insight of ''is the energy of our residential location holding me/us back?''.
It's a thing that land can be dead, unvital, overloaded with toxic and depleted energy let alone the overwhelm of synthetic construction and designs, dirty power lines and EMF, poor and starving soil and not to mention all the unstructured water in our developed living waterways. I went on a bit of a rant but it actually helped me realise this was something I wanted to be more aware of.
In the terrain model of health, one considers the cleanliness, wellness, harmony and balance of all that is required to maintain a state of homeostasis and optimal health. Correlating this to our home - it is just as important to ensure optimal energy flow outside and within the home and the lands upon which you reside - no matter if you own, rent, on holidays or moving around - the location and building resonance or lack there of impact us.
Some lands are void of the natural harmonious energies of life force they once generated. A lot of quick build modern day homes are void of using sacred geometry measurements, sacred angles, designs, energetic and natural textiles that would continue to bring life force even in a constructed building. The body knows this more than our cognition does.
So within this binge I was reminded of sacred geometry and bio-geometric homes and that the energy of your land, home and belongings all contribute to the energy you reside in and impact your body and your own life force energies. I had a look around at my home to see all the vacant corners, spaces, boxy edges, dark spaces, synthetic construct and more. Such spaces without sacred geometrical measurements, angles or textiles can deplete, age, rob, cause decline in many ways.
I know for myself personally, lots of straight lines and too many corners doesn't feel right - it's too sharp, too controlling, too restricting, it's blunt, it feels lifeless, unnatural and in fact at times suffocating on an energetic level. Too many of these box shapes and corners actually feels completely artificial to me. And I am aware of the agenda of why this is the case - more about that another day.
Sacred Geometry in Buildings
Notice what happens in your body when you gaze at the above images.
Is there a sense of peace, aliveness, a settling of any chaos within, a desire to be inside or near these geometrical designs? Our body senses harmony when we are near sacred designs and structures.
What sacred geometry can you feel, see or bring into your life and home?
I wanted to harmonise all the straight lines...
I wasn't quite sure how I could bring more softness, flow, subtle vital energy and life force with sacred geometrical patterns to balance out all the straight lines and unnatural corners, harsh measurements and angles I see and feel all around me. In the absence of renovating or doing something crazy that my heart really wanted to do to bring in sacred structures on a grand scale (I had some pretty outrageous creative ideas) - I decided to do the simplest thing.
I found images of sacred geometric designs online and printed them out on plain paper. I intuitively selected a location for each of the designs. I stuck the images to the walls of the various rooms with good old sticky tape. I placed them under our bed, under my office chair floor mat, facing the water in our water filter tank, behind yet facing our computers, on the back of my phone, above doorways, in dormant dark corners, in the fridge and pantry - you name it.
I did this so that my body could start to do it's natural resonance with the obviousness of seeing the sacred shapes in my home, and so I didn't spend any money on buying trinkets - just yet. It's still early days but I'll observe how this impacts my own energy over the course of time.
It may be the placebo affect to some but as soon as I placed them around the home, a revitalised sense of calm and peace was felt in my body. A reminder that my body as a form of energy could see, resonate and connect with the divine and cosmic sacredness of the design of our realm and our body and energy field.

Natural textiles also bring sacred resonance.
I did a stocktake of the belongings in the home that resonate or resemble sacred geometric patterns or energy and I started to see that actually I have every room adorned with some sort of natural textile, natural shape or geometric pattern in some subtle form. It's not just the sacred shape but the type of textile that our body can resonate with of the perfection of our and natures design.
Here is what I noticed I do have around the home:
Natural ornaments. Shells, feathers, crystals and gemstones, shungite blocks/pyramids/cubes are scattered by intention around the house. I have a block of selenite placed in front of the television. I've got some shells that are broken and display nature's golden ratio spiral. These items bring in the resonance of nature into the home. Not something manufactured from nature, but nature in its original form. I believe that when you do this, your body has a bio-resonance with being around, seeing the items and that is what the energy of these items bring, even if they don't all have their own innate life force energy activated.
Natural textiles. I always have natural textiles and accessories. Whilst my home may not be made in the form of sacred design, natural soft furnishings and accessories can bring some flow and balance of feminine energies to the harsh and structured masculine design. Cotton sheets and towels, linen clothes, flowing curtains, handmade wooden chopping boards, timber dining table with rounded edges, soft colours, gemstone jewellery, blue glass for filtered and structured water, round cast iron cookware and even candles to light at night to bring natural fire.
Window decorations. In most windows of the home there is a hanging decoration be it a glass crystal sun catcher to refract the brilliance of sunlight, a handmade dreamcatcher with a mandala doily and hanging feathers and chimes.
Sacred sounds. I never thought of them as sacred geometry but my quartz crystal singing bowls and hand made tibetan sound bowl are exactly that. They may look like pretty decorations that make a nice sound but they are more than that - especially to the energy of our bodies. I also have a koshi wind chime that sings in the wind and a handmade seashell and driftwood wind chime at out front door that tinkles nicely.
Doilies. Strange as it may sound to be related to this topic but I have lots of cotton doilies. I love them. I always thought it was that I loved the days of old beauty and grandeur or the femininity of lace but upon closer look - the round doilies that I have resemble mandalas, sacred geometrical patterns. I now realise this is why I love doilies. It's the sacred geometrical pattern.
Coasters. Bear with me. For some strange reason I have various collections of coasters. It's not something I've ever been conscious of curating but here I am. The common theme for these coasters is that they are all natural textiles and the majority are round. I have a good stash of cotton crochet doily coasters - all in their own unique geometric patterns (mandalas). I have a couple of round glass coasters from a garage sale years ago. The imprinted pattern resembles the Flower Of Life and appear similar to the glass rose leadlight windows of the old cathedrals (cathodes). No wonder they seem harmonious to me. My leather coasters handmade by my dad all have a different bio-geometric pattern carved on them as well.
Roses and flowers. For a long time my heart desired a rose garden and lots of flowers. They really do make my heart feel at home, joyous and happy. One birthday a few years ago my husband gifted me for my birthday a bunch of rose plants, different colours, smells, sizes. I planted these at the front door because that is the location that gets the best sun all year at our townhouse location. The perfection of the sacred geometry of the roses and enjoying their bloom and divine scent is something that is guaranteed to bring me joy. This is sacred bio-geometry at my front door.
Another easy way I brought sacred geometry into my field was to find images online and create a slide show of wallpapers for my computer when it goes to sleep. You can also add images, wall hangings around the home, or even images on your phone.
Do I think we need all these tools, ornaments or symbols?
Yes! I do think we need them especially if our lives, homes, way of living is far removed from nature and the sacred designs of nature. Our bodies and vital life force are designed to be in harmony with nature and when our environment is not harmonious with our bodies, we are affected and depleted and then default to thinking we are the problem and or the world is a problem.
Until you I and you are a fully enlightened, evolved Souls and purely aligned with God source energy - tools, trinkets and physical items can be used as catalysts and inspiration to direct our focus, our path with reminders of what we are re-connecting with.
If you aren't surrounding your every day, every way of living with the energetic harmonics and resonance of nature and it's divine design - physical items that represent the sacred harmonics and geometry are very helpful so you remain connected with your divine sacred design, not in your mind but with your body.
Your body remembers your sacredness more than your mind.
So there you have it. From sulking to binging to sacred geometry in the home.
This retreating within experience was a form of retraction or contraction before a new version of myself emerges, expands, reaches out for life once again - when the time is right to do so. In terms of sacred energy and bio-geometry it can be likened with a re-ordering of the scattered, out of place energies within which correlates to the aim of all the healing modalities, therapies and remedies including holistic counselling - to bring harmony, wholeness and flow once again.
Once the re-organising of the energy settles into it's new form, flow once again is present. It is said there is always a breakdown before a breakthrough. I do believe this whole experience was that.

The toroidal field is associated with our heart's electromagnetic field.
Our heart generates the strongest electromagnetic field in the body, and this field extends several feet beyond the body, forming a torus shape. The torus is a sacred geometric design.
